Holding Agreement

A $500 deposit is required to hold your puppy. The deposit is non-refundable and applied to the purchase price. Full payment is required by 6 weeks of age. Puppies go home at 8 weeks or later. Boarding after 8 weeks is $35/day.

Guarantee

This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health, to the best of seller’s knowledge. Buyer has 72 hours to have the puppy checked by a vet. If an unrectifiable problem is found, the buyer may return the puppy the next day with a vet statement for a refund (less shipping). Parasites, injuries, or negligence are excluded. All medical expenses are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Exclusions

Conditions like coccidia, giardia, worms, umbilical hernias, and kennel cough are common, treatable, and not covered. Puppies are vaccinated/treated before leaving but stress can cause flare-ups.

Nutrition & Health Guarantee

** 2 Year Hip Guarantee requires feeding Life’s Abundance Nutritional System for 26 months. The OFA is the only judge of hip dysplasia; CERF vets confirm hereditary eye defects. Buyer must spay/neuter unless already done.

Care Obligations

Buyer must provide proper nutrition, vet care, shelter, exercise, and socialization. Obedience classes recommended before 1 year. In case of sudden death, a necropsy report is required. DNA may be requested for lineage verification.

Replacement Puppy Criteria

1. Original buyer still owns the puppy.
2. Puppy has not sired/whelped a litter.
3. Puppy has not been overfed or over-exercised.
4. Veterinary diagnosis of hip dysplasia (OFA) or retinal atrophy (CERF) with x-rays/records before 26 months, plus proof of spay/neuter.
5. Puppy was fed Life’s Abundance Nutritional System for 26 months.

Picking Up Your Puppy

Puppies must be picked up between 8–9 weeks unless prior arrangements are made. All fees must be paid before release. Shipping available (crate, health certificate included) after 8 weeks.

First Right of Recovery

If buyer cannot keep the puppy, Soda Springs Kennel retains first right of recovery. Puppy must never be sold to pet stores, brokers, puppy mills, or surrendered to shelters. Breeder must be notified of any rehoming.

Shipping

Puppies shipped at 8 weeks come with vet certificate, shots, worming, crate, toy, and lifetime support. Buyer pays shipping (~$400). Buyer covers return/replacement shipping as well.

Food & Supplements

Puppy raised on Life’s Abundance Premium Health Food and supplements. Continued use qualifies buyer for 2-year guarantee. Orders must be placed via www.sodaspringskennel.com.

Other Terms

All vet bills after sale are buyer’s responsibility. Breeder not liable for death/injury due to negligence, carriers, or accidents. No refunds except as stated. Puppy must not be resold to mills, breeders, stores, or labs. Abuse/neglect voids contract.

Agreement

This is a legal & binding contract. Buyer agrees to use “Soda Springs Kennel” as prefix in registered name. Buyer agrees to proper care, vaccines, humane conditions. Breach voids contract. Non-transferable. Deposit confirms agreement.
